CareerFast provides an AI-powered job-hunting agent ("Roger") that scans job boards (Welcome to the Jungle, LinkedIn Jobs, APEC), evaluates job matches against your profile, generates tailored cover letters, and submits applications on your behalf. The service is operated by Maxime Demoly, auto-entrepreneur, France.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CareerFast. One account per person. Your account is created when you complete payment via Stripe Checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile data, search criteria, and resume you provide.
By using CareerFast, you authorize Roger to submit job applications using your name, email address, phone number (if provided), resume, and AI-generated cover letters to employers and their application tracking systems. Applications are submitted to job listings that match your search criteria.
You can review your criteria, view all submitted applications, and pause or stop the agent at any time from your dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting your search criteria to ensure applications are sent to relevant positions.
Your data is stored on a dedicated server provisioned exclusively for your account. Your profile, resume, application history, and cover letters are stored in your container and are not shared with other users. The central database stores only account metadata (email, name, subscription status, Stripe IDs).

CareerFast relies on the following third-party services to operate:
Your resume and cover letters are sent to employers as part of job applications. This is the core purpose of the service and is authorized by your use of CareerFast.
Cover letters, job evaluations, and resume formatting are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). CareerFast does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. While we strive for high-quality output, you should review your search criteria and monitor your application history through the dashboard.
During onboarding, you may provide your LinkedIn profile URL. With your explicit consent, we scrape your public LinkedIn profile to pre-fill your profile, generate your resume, and infer search criteria. This scraping occurs once at onboarding (and on-demand if you request a resume regeneration). Your raw LinkedIn data is stored only in your dedicated container, not in the central database.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard (Account > Delete my account). This immediately cancels your Stripe subscription, destroys your dedicated server, and permanently deletes all your data. This action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or use the service for purposes other than legitimate job searching.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
